Hours of operation
Hours of operation are Mon-Sat 9 AM-9 PM and Sunday by appointment only.22
Confidentiality
All client information is held as confidential and will not be shared with any person or entity without written consent.03
Late Arrival
Late clients will be accepted up to 15 minutes into their scheduled start time.04
No Show / No Call
Clients who no show an appointment will not be allowed to book again.05
Scope of practice
Services provided will be strictly within the scope of practice of massage therapy06
Parental consent
All clients must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent if younger.07
Inappropriate conduct
No inappropriate conduct will be tolerated. This includes any sexual misconduct or anything that could be misconstrued as such. Both the client and the massage therapist have the right to terminate the session at any time for any reason..08
Cancellation
24 hour cancellation is required for all bookings. Cancellations outside of this window will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee.09
Reschedule
If the massage therapist is ill the session will be rescheduled at the client’s convenience.10
Gift certificates expire after one year and are transferable.
